Job summary

You will lead design reviews, perform on-site start-up, and mentor junior staff while managing smaller projects up to $250K; travel up to 50% is required, and AutoCAD and PLC experience with AB, Schneider, Siemens, GE-IP are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of control systems and PLC experience.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems to meet process requirements.
• Develop schematics detailing control system configuration and panel layouts in AutoCAD.
• Define Sequence of Operation and lead design reviews with customers.
• On-site checkout and start-up of the integrated control system.
• Develop final documentation and provide customer training on system operations.
• Lead projects and mentor junior engineers; manage smaller projects up to $250K.
• Handle purchasing, subcontractors, and change orders as required by the contract.
