Qualifications

Experience as a Controls Engineer or Automation Engineer in an industrial setting.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, industrial controls, and robotics.
Ability to diagnose issues independently and work in a self-sufficient manner.
Flexible schedule including potential off-shift work and travel if required.
Glass manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on controls engineering, troubleshooting, and technical support in a manufacturing environment.
Diagnose and resolve PLC controls, automation systems, and robotics issues.
Troubleshoot equipment using Mitsubishi, ABB, Siemens, and KUKA technologies.
Support equipment operation, controls performance, and production uptime.
Work independently and provide practical, hands-on solutions to controls issues.
Support production needs during off-shift hours as required.
Maintain flexibility to work 5–6 days per week based on project requirements.
