Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree + 4 years controls programming experience.
• Or high school diploma with 8 years controls programming experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow standard work.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Effective verbal communication and hands-on programming capability.

Responsibilities

• Design, program, deploy and improve controls systems for safe, reliable operations.
• Support full project lifecycle: electrical design, panel construction, machine installation, PLC programming, and HMIs.
• Develop electrical schematics, define scope/budgets, test technologies, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal customers, vendors, and engineering teams to meet requirements and timelines.
