Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer for our southwest Atlanta metro manufacturing facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting, programming, and integrating equipment and automation systems to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime.

Expect an Allen Bradley PLC environment with exposure to stamping, zinc die casting, plating/finishing, and assembly processes. You will collaborate across departments, lead projects, perform FATs, and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education in conjunction with related work experience and/or training.
• Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer, but will consider at least 2 years as a controls engineer.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and program electrical and control systems across production lines.
• Lead and support manufacturing projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure equipment safety, uptime, and efficiency improvements.
