Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Manager Controls to lead the Automation Team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure critical system calibrations and automation upgrades are completed on time.

The role requires PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Servo programming and strong Ethernet networking skills, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. You will mentor Controls Technicians and Instrumentation Technicians, support production attainment goals, and develop training plans while managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced training in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial control systems.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation team to support production attainment goals.
• Ensure safety, GMP, and food quality compliance.
• Design, document, troubleshoot, and launch automation projects.
• Develop training plans for technicians and operators.
• Manage capital projects and plant upgrades.
• Maintain process documentation and backups.
