Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Experience with sortation/conveyance equipment or robotics design.
- Experience with Allen Bradley control software and tools.
- Knowledge of electrical and safety codes for machine design and risk assessments.
Responsibilities
- Concept, design, develop and engineer products that add value and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with development team to review designs.
- Ensure compatibility with current and future manufacturing operations.
- Develop PLC programs and control system schematics.
- Perform prototype development and on-site beta testing as needed.
