Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and develop products that solve customer and market needs.
• Collaborate with the development team to refine products.
• Ensure compatibility with current and future manufacturing operations.
• Ensure performance and cost meet market demands.
• Specify and develop operation sequences for automated equipment.
• Prepare schematics and specs for control panels.
• Develop PLC programs.
• Maintain development schedules and cost estimates.
• Follow engineering standards and revision control practices.
• Build prototypes and perform testing.
• Conduct on-site beta testing for safety and reliability.
• Investigate field issues and determine root causes.
• Domestic travel up to 40% across North America.

Education
