Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with sortation and conveyance equipment or robotics design preferred.
• Experience with Allen Bradley control software and tools preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical and safety codes for machine design and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of industrial automation systems, including HMI/SCADA.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, develop, and engineer products that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with the development team to review and refine products.
• Ensure alignment with manufacturing operations and market demands.
• Develop PLC programs and control schematics; prepare specs for panels.
• Maintain project schedules and cost estimates; follow engineering standards.
• Perform prototype development, testing, and on-site beta testing.
• Investigate field issues and determine root causes; travel up to 40% within North America.
