Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in electrical/automation fields.
3+ years in manufacturing with industrial controls, PLCs, or electrical systems.
Hands-on PLC/PM troubleshooting experience on complex control systems.
Experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical resource for PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, servo and instrumentation systems.
Troubleshoot complex control systems and update legacy components.
Support maintenance with equipment optimization in beverage production lines.
Lead capital projects from requirements through startup and commissioning.
Coordinate with OEMs, integrators, and suppliers on controls solutions.
Document control narratives, schematics, I/O lists, and software versions.
