Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated automation controls experience.
• 3+ years in AB and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms.
• 3+ years with AC/DC drives, VFDs, servos, hydraulics.
• Ability to trace schematics up to 480V.
• US citizenship or Green Card within commuting distance of Brown Deer, WI.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot high-precision control networks and drive systems to maximize uptime.
• Perform PLC/HMI optimization in AB Studio 5000 and Siemens TIA Portal.
• Enhance SCADA systems for real-time data and predictive maintenance.
• Lead system upgrades and continuous improvement within capital projects.
• Support capital installs with wiring, networking, and machine positioning.
