Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to lead PLC/HMI programming, SCADA optimization, and system integration for high-speed manufacturing in Brown Deer, WI. You will work with Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, RSLogix, and Siemens TIA Portal to deliver continuous-motion automation enhancements.

Expected 5+ years in automation controls, with strong proficiency in Allen-Bradley and Siemens environments, plus 3+ years of tracing 480V schematics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automation controls depth in continuous manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years writing/diagnosing Allen-Bradley and Siemens logic.
• 3+ years tracing electrical schematics up to 480V.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex control networks and drive systems to optimize uptime.
• Perform PLC/HMI programming and SCADA optimization in Allen-Bradley and Siemens environments.
• Lead system upgrades and redesign control architectures via root-cause analysis.
