MDS Staffing is seeking a Controls Engineer in the Brown Deer, WI area for a direct-hire role focused on Allen-Bradley, Siemens and SCADA optimization. The position offers Day 1 benefits, a 1st shift schedule, and pay starting at $40.00 per hour with overtime eligibility.

You will lead PLC/HMI programming, SCADA enhancement, and system integration on high-speed, continuous processes, working with 480V schematics and cross-functional teams to improve uptime and efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in automation controls in continuous manufacturing.
• 3+ years writing, modifying, and debugging logic in Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms.
• 3+ years tracing electrical schematics up to 480V.
• US work authorization and ability to commute to Brown Deer, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Provide High-Level Floor Support: Troubleshoot complex electronic control networks and high-speed drive systems to optimize uptime.
• Execute PLC/HMI Optimization: Edit logic and modify HMI in Allen-Bradley Studio 5000/RSLogix and Siemens TIA Portal environments.
• Enhance SCADA & Network Systems: Refine SCADA systems for real-time data, tracking, and predictive maintenance.
• Engineer System Upgrades: Lead continuous improvement projects and redesign control architectures with root-cause analysis.
• Support Capital Installs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams during capital deployments, overseeing wiring and network integration.
• Trace Complex Schematics: Interpret electrical schematics up to 480V to resolve issues.
