Job summary

Suncoast Post-Tension, Ltd. is seeking a Controls Engineer in Houston, TX to design and program DCS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for a manufacturing environment.

The candidate should have 7+ years of instrumentation and controls experience and a strong foundation in process control, instrumentation, and optimization. Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens HMIs (Ignition, RSView32, FactoryTalk Studio SE) and related standards is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation/Controls with 7+ years in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in designing and programming DCS, PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.

Suncoast Post-Tension, Ltd., seeks a Controls Engineer in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

Req:

BS or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation/Controls and 7 yrs of exp as an Instrumentations and Controls Engineer in a Manufacturing environment.

Must possess strong proficiency in designing and programming DCS, PLC, HMI and SCADA systems; solid experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens HMIs including Ignition, RSView32, and FactoryTalk Studio SE; solid understanding of process control fundamentals, including PID control loops, field instrumentation, and process optimization techniques; and, familiarity with relevant standards and regulations governing instrumentation and control systems.
