Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. seeks a Controls Project Sales Representative to drive commercial HVAC controls and building automation projects in Seattle. You will identify customer needs, craft technical solutions, and lead proposals from concept to close.

This role blends technical HVAC controls knowledge with project sales, requiring 3+ years of experience, strong relationship building with facility stakeholders, and a track record of closing multi-site BAS projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven success in HVAC sales or HVAC/controls with strong technical proficiency.
• Experience with HVAC controls, BAS, DDC, or related commercial control systems.
• Commercial HVAC/building systems experience; residential or light-commercial-only experience will not meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sell commercial HVAC controls and BAS projects, including upgrades and retrofits.
• Evaluate existing control systems to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Prepare project designs, scopes of work, estimates, and formal proposals.
• Manage inbound opportunities and develop new business within the market.
• Build relationships with facility owners, managers, engineers, and other decision-makers.
• Present solutions based on performance and value, not just price.
• Coordinate with project managers to transition sold projects to execution.
• Support customers with building automation and modernization opportunities.
