Conti LLC is seeking a Controls Automation Sales Estimator to support growth in the Florida market. The role blends business development with estimating, involving client meetings, dinners, and owning the estimating process from start to finish.

You will report to the Division Director and collaborate with the Controls Sales team while managing a remote-friendly schedule with optional office access.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years in controls automation, HVAC, building automation, or related field-estimating experience preferred.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Excel estimating templates.
• Ability to read blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
• Comfortable with a remote work schedule and independent work style.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and develop new customer relationships in the Detroit and Maumee markets.
• Meet with clients, attend site visits, and represent Conti LLC at customer dinners and events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact through the full sales cycle from outreach to project award.
• Maintain organized follow-up and professional written/verbal communication.
• Build long-term relationships with owners, engineers, facility managers, and general contractors.
• Generate quotes and proposals for controls automation projects from service work to $20M+.
• Perform material takeoffs using Bluebeam and Excel-based templates.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents accurately.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure estimates reflect scope and budget.
• Maintain clear paper trails and documentation throughout estimating and proposal process.
