Conti LLC is seeking a Controls Automation Sales Estimator to drive growth in the Detroit and Maumee markets. The role blends business development with estimating, requiring client-facing engagement and strong takeoff capabilities.

You will manage the full sales cycle from outreach to award, support the estimating process with Bluebeam and Excel templates, and collaborate across the Controls Automation team.

Formación

• 2–5 years in controls automation or related field.
• Estimating experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication for client-facing work.
• Self-motivated with remote-work accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pursue, and develop new customer relationships in the Detroit and Maumee markets.
• Meet with clients, attend site visits, and represent Conti LLC at customer dinners and industry events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact through the full sales cycle from initial outreach through project award.
• Maintain organized follow-up and professional written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure estimates reflect scope, budget, and project requirements.
• Generate quotes and proposals for controls automation projects ranging from smaller service work up to $20M+ large-scale projects.
