Conti LLC’s Controls Automation Division is seeking a Controls Automation Sales Estimator to drive growth in the Detroit and Maumee markets. This 50/50 role blends business development with estimating, requiring strong client engagement and end-to-end takeoff and proposal ownership.

The position suits a self-starter who can manage a remote schedule, travel to client meetings, and collaborate with a skilled team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in controls automation or related field (estimating experience preferred).
• Polished verbal and written communication for client-facing interactions.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage a remote schedule and work independently.
• Proficient in Bluebeam and Excel; ability to use estimating templates.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships in Detroit and Maumee markets.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events; represent Conti LLC.
• Lead full sales cycle from outreach to project award; maintain professional follow-up.
