Controls Automation
Division Director
Conti LLC is a specialty contractor operating across diverse markets including data centers, commercial high-rises, municipalities, healthcare, pharmaceutical, mixed‑use developments, and light‑to‑heavy commercial construction. Our Controls Automation Division handles projects ranging from $300K to $20M+ and is known for delivering high-quality solutions across both commercial and process environments. We are a team that takes pride in doing things the right way, and we are looking for the right person to help us grow the Detroit and Maumee markets.
We are seeking a Controls Automation Sales Estimator to join our team and support continued growth in the Florida market. This is a 50/50 role between business development and estimating — you will be out in front of customers, building relationships, and attending client meetings and dinners, while also owning the estimating and takeoff process from start to finish. This position is ideal for a self‑starter who can manage their day independently, does not need to be tethered to a desk, and understands how to find the work and get it done.
This person will report directly to Mitch and work closely with our existing Controls Sales team. A bring‑your‑own‑book‑of‑business is not required — though always welcomed. What matters most is the right person: how they carry themselves, how they communicate, and whether they have the foundation to grow.
