Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage in Germantown, WI is hiring a Controls, Automation & Electrical Technician for 1st shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) to troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and robotic systems and to support automation upgrades.

You’ll ensure safety and FDA-compliant documentation, with on‑demand pay, quarterly bonuses up to 6%, a full benefits package, PTO/holidays, and opportunities to grow within a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Experience with instrumentation, schematics, and motion control.
• Strong safety focus and teamwork mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with Beckhoff, Fanuc, or vision systems.

Responsibilities

Pay: $35.50 (+ based on experience)
