Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage in Wisconsin is hiring a Controls, Automation & Electrical Technician for the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and robotic systems to support production.

You will diagnose electrical wiring and instrumentation, assist automation upgrades, ensure safety and FDA-compliant documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial automation, controls, or electrical systems.
• PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Experience with instrumentation, schematics, and motion control.
• Strong safety focus and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and robotic systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical wiring, sensors, and instrumentation.
• Support automation upgrades, commissioning, and continuous improvement.

$35.50 (+ based on experience)
