Job summary

Gamesight is seeking a strategic, hands-on Controller to manage financial reporting, forecasting, and tax compliance in a remote, fast-paced setting. You will own month-end close, payroll, revenue recognition, and internal controls, partnering with executives to scale finance operations.

The ideal candidate has CPA credentials, 2–5 years as a Controller in SaaS, and a passion for gaming. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with comfort in a remote, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA and Controller experience preferred.
• Public company experience is a plus but not required.
• 2–5 years of Controller experience required; SaaS experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR, AP, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Own payroll administration for US and international staff.
• Lead month-end close and prepare monthly financial statements.
• Handle GAAP research and policy documentation for complex matters.
• Drive FP&A including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage tax returns and ongoing tax compliance.
