Competenze

• Strong accounting background with hands-on experience
• Experience using QuickBooks Online
• Understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and general accounting
• Multi-state sales tax experience preferred
• Ability to handle confidential financial information

Mansioni

• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Process invoices, customer payments, vendor payments, and deposits
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage multi-state sales tax compliance across all states
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
• Assist with payroll as needed
• Review accounting records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Work closely with management regarding accounting questions and financial information
• Perform additional accounting, bookkeeping, and financial duties as needed
