Job summary

Omni Remodeling is seeking a hands-on Controller to own the month-end close and period reporting. You will oversee cash forecasting and ensure ledger integrity while managing accounting operations and supervising the AP/AR and Payroll teams.

The role requires strong analytical and process-driven discipline to scale close cycles as the company grows. You will report to the Head of Finance and drive timely, accurate financial outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Controller runs month-end close, cash forecasting, general ledger integrity, and accounting operations, including direct oversight of the AP/AR Specialist and Payroll Specialist.
