Job summary

Omni Remodeling is seeking a hands-on Controller to manage month-end close, cash forecasting, and GL integrity as the company scales from $14M to $100M by 2036. You will report to the Head of Finance and oversee payroll, AP, and AR functions.

The successful candidate will be analytical, process-driven, and accountable, delivering timely closes and actionable financial insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Owns month-end close process from reconciliations to close.
• Oversees cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Maintains general ledger integrity and accounting operations.
• Directly supervises AP/AR Specialist and Payroll Specialist.
