Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related discipline.
• Minimum ten years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Five+ years with a federal government contractor.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, FAR, and DFARS.
• Experience with indirect-rate pools and provisional billing rates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, month-end close, and ledgers.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with government contracts.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and billing analyses.
• Develop and monitor indirect rates and cost allocations.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Programs, Operations, and Leadership.
