Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead the accounting function and act as a senior member of the finance team.

The role emphasizes AI-native finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and external reporting across domestic and international operations. The candidate will drive internal controls and financial process optimization while managing a high-performing accounting group.

Qualifications

• CPA required for role.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in asset-intensive industries.
• Experience in aerospace and defense industry preferred but not required.
• Experience with a Microsoft ERP system is a plus.
• Experience with international operations including foreign exchange, compliance, and reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-location consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for executive leadership and the Board.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and policy standardization.
• Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationships.
• Lead audits and regulatory filings for domestic and international operations.
• Drive AI-enabled finance initiatives and automation across close, reconciliations, AP, and reporting.
