The role requires owning month-end close, budgeting, and strong ERP/Excel skills to enhance margins and customer pricing decisions. Based in Minnesota with a focus on manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years in accounting.
• Manufacturing experience and ownership of month-end close.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and ERP proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to drive financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Own timely issuance of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead Finance, IT, and Customer Service functions and mentor the supervisor.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze profitability by customer, product line, and job.
• Manage cash, accounts payable/receivable, and external audits.
• Ensure internal controls and policy compliance across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
