Job description

Our client is a dynamically growing building materials manufacturing business seeking a senior financial leader to lead transformation of the finance and accounting function for this profitable and well‑established business.

The Controller will lead a “lean and mean” financial group with full responsibility for financial reporting and analysis in support of the executive team as they move the business forward both on an organic and an acquisitive basis. As an “in the trenches” leader you will be called upon to implement best practices in the accounting function and to recruit and augment a high‑performance team in an aggressively forward‑moving culture.

Ideally you will have an MBA, CPA or other financial designation and have a strong technical background in financial accounting and reporting. You will have a history of implementing robust processes and systems and creating effective KPI dashboards to enhance operational effectiveness in a growth‑focused enterprise.
