A growing organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations and serve as a key member of the leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee financial reporting, accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, compliance, and a small accounting team.

This is a hands‑on leadership position for a finance professional who can strengthen processes, improve controls, provide strategic financial insight, and support operational decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Lead and support accounting team members.
• Maintain and improve accounting systems, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow, vendor payments, collections, and financial reporting.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leaders.
• Support audits, tax requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee operational finance activities including assets, fleet, and facilities.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
