  • 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management, ideally in a small or mid‑sized service organization.
  • Experience with IT coordination and vendor management is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Great Plains Dynamic (or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Hands‑on, solutions‑oriented approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax and reporting requirements.
  • Manage banking, insurance, and external accounting relationships.
  • Support leadership in developing financial strategies and key performance metrics.
  • Produce ad hoc reports as needed to support management and sales consultants.
IT Support and Systems Administration

  • Maintain and troubleshoot basic IT infrastructure, including internet connectivity and cloud‑based systems.
  • Coordinate with outside IT vendors to maintain system reliability, security, and data integrity.
  • Support technology upgrades and the integration of new systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Facilities Management
  • Oversee general day‑to‑day office operations and maintenance.
  • Manage office leases, ISP, utilities, IT, and related contracts.
  • Support staff with facility‑related requests to maintain a productive, safe, and efficient work environment.
