Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the company’s accounting and finance functions, including month-end close and internal controls.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to executive leadership, helping drive informed business decisions.
• Develop and execute the organization’s long-term financial strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
• Oversee accounting operations and ensure strong controls, processes, and compliance across the organization.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and risks, and provide recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall financial performance.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and establish meaningful financial metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with operations and other departments to improve processes, manage costs, and support organizational growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while establishing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, processes, reporting, and overall financial infrastructure as the company continues to grow.

We are seeking an accomplished Controller to join a growing organization and serve as a key member of the leadership team. This is a hands‑on leadership position for an accounting professional who can manage the day-to-day accounting function while also providing the strategic financial vision and direction needed to support continued growth.
