Job summary

Tarvos Talent seeks an experienced Controller for a growing manufacturing company in Southwest Austin, TX. This onsite role places you as head of Accounting & Finance, working directly with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and performance.

You will oversee accounting operations, partner with project managers, and influence budgeting, revenue recognition, treasury, and policy development while supporting continued growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Cost accounting expertise with focus on cost of goods sold and standard costing.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience; Epicor a plus.
• Experience in project accounting, budgeting/forecasting, revenue recognition, treasury exposure.

Tarvos Talent is seeking a Controller for a growing manufacturing company located in Southwest Austin, TX. This onsite opportunity offers the chance to step into the head of Accounting & Finance role, work directly with executive leadership, and make a meaningful impact within a stable organization supporting major industry leaders.

As the Controller, you’ll oversee accounting operations while partnering closely with project managers and executives on budgeting, revenue, cost, and financial performance. You’ll have a hands-on role in strengthening processes, supporting project accounting, managing supply-chain and labor costs, and helping shape financial policies as the company continues to grow and diversify.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of accounting experience, manufacturing and cost accounting expertise, and strong Excel and ERP skills, with Epicor experience a plus. Project accounting, budgeting and forecasting, revenue recognition, treasury exposure, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization will position someone for success in this role.
