We’re a fast-growing technology manufacturing company seeking a Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on accuracy, cost control, and driving insight to support continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all accounting operations — GL, AR/AP, payroll, and reporting
• Manage cost accounting, inventory control, and margin analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Prepare monthly and annual GAAP financials
• Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls
• Partner with the CEO and operations team to guide strategic decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and manufacturing operations
• ERP experience (QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, or similar)
• Hands‑on leader comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
