Qualifications

• 10+ years accounting experience with 5 years as a Controller.
• Proven close ownership of month-end close and efficiency gains.
• Multi-entity accounting experience across entities.
• Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Manufacturing or inventory-driven industry background.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• PE-backed company experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, GL, consolidations, and intercompany accounting across multiple entities.
• Manage and develop a growing team.
• Drive process improvements and build scalable systems to support rapid growth and future acquisitions.
• Balance cleanup work with forward-thinking, long-term solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally to support broader operational initiatives.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
