Job summary

Tarvos Talent seeks an experienced Controller for a growing manufacturing company in Southwest Austin, TX. This onsite role places you as head of Accounting & Finance, working directly with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and performance.

You will oversee accounting operations, partner with project managers, and influence budgeting, revenue recognition, treasury, and policy development while supporting continued growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Cost accounting expertise with focus on cost of goods sold and standard costing.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP experience; Epicor a plus.
• Experience in project accounting, budgeting/forecasting, revenue recognition, treasury exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and close processes.
• Partner with project managers and executives on budgeting, revenue, cost, and financial performance.
• Strengthen accounting processes and controls; support project accounting.
• Manage supply-chain and labor costs and help shape financial policies.
