Controller

Our client, a high-growth, Series B, VC-backed, AI company, is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations and support strategic growth initiatives.

Location: San Francisco, CA. This position is on-site, Monday through Friday. 10-12-hour days are common.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Drive ERP system implementation and future migrations.
• Manage external financial reporting and annual audit processes.
• Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Build and lead a high-performing accounting team to support scale.

Requirements

Compensation

$200K - $250K base + discretionary bonus and generous equity.
