StevenDouglas is seeking a Corporate Controller to build and scale the accounting function for a fast-growing, multi-brand consumer platform in the better-for-you beverage space. The role is a high-impact, hands-on leadership position reporting to the CFO, with headquarters in Plano and a hybrid work schedule.

You’ll transform month-end close, lead technical accounting, and develop cost frameworks while driving audit readiness and ERP optimization.

Competenze

• CPA required and CPA designation.
• 8–12+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and cost accounting expertise.
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage manufacturing, and multi-entity environments.

Mansioni

• Own and transform month-end close across a multi-entity environment.
• Lead technical accounting (inventory, COGS, revenue, consolidations).
• Build and scale cost accounting frameworks (BOMs, standard costing, margin visibility).
• Drive audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CFO—ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and wants real influence on a growing business.

Headquarters will be based in the Plano area and everyone works on a hybrid schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Own and transform the month-end close across a multi-entity environment
• Lead technical accounting (inventory, COGS, revenue, consolidations)
• Build and scale cost accounting frameworks (BOMs, standard costing, margin visibility)
• Drive audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance
• Evaluate and optimize ERP systems, reporting, and data flows
• Partner cross-functionally with Ops, Supply Chain, and FP&A
• Lead and develop a distributed accounting team (onshore + offshore)
