Job description

We are a high-growth manufacturing powerhouse undergoing rapid market expansion. If you are a financial strategist who enjoys building world-class financial infrastructure from the ground up, this is your opportunity. We operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, meaning your leadership will directly shape our corporate strategy, scaling capabilities, and bottom-line profitability.

The Role

As Corporate Controller, you will transform our financial operations into a data-driven, strategic engine. You will own the entire corporate accounting function—from mastering month-end close to driving sophisticated operational reporting models. Partnering closely with executive leadership and FP&A, you will bridge the gap between day-to-day transactions and long-term corporate vision.

What You'll Do
  • Drive the Close: Mastermind and accelerate the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to guarantee flawless accuracy.
  • Modernize Systems: Evaluate and upgrade our ERP modules and financial tech stack to support rapid business scaling.
  • Capital & Compliance: Safeguard assets by establishing airtight GAAP internal controls while optimizing cash flow for CapEx and working capital.
  • Audit Ownership: Serve as the ultimate point of contact for external auditors, steering the annual audit from start to finish.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage general inventory accounting and overall financial reporting accuracy across our operations.
  • Performance Analysis: Deliver granular profitability and margin analysis across business segments to influence pricing and corporate strategy.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor business performance metrics and variations to help optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  • FP&A Integration: Translate complex transactional data into high-level, actionable insights that fuel rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with an active CPA. An MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership, including at least 3 years in public accounting or a highly rigorous corporate environment.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, or inventory-heavy environments (deep standard costing expertise is a plus, but a strong foundational understanding is acceptable).
  • Advanced ERP fluency and elite Excel financial modeling capabilities.
  • A proven history of managing a high-performing team and driving corporate strategy, paired with the willingness to dive deep into tactical accounting tasks.
