You will lead accounting operations, FP&A, budgeting, and system implementations, reporting to the CEO and President, with growth across states and a clear path to build your own team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting and finance leadership (Controller or equivalent).
• Blend of accounting ops and FP&A in a growth environment.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; ERP implementation experience.
• CPA preferred; experience building scalable multi-entity processes.

Responsibilities

• Transition all accounting and finance ops from outsourcing to in-house.
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and profit center analysis.
• Build financial models and deliver insights to inform executive decisions.
• Implement ERP systems, automation, and scalable processes.
• Establish internal controls, policies, and best practices.
• Partner with executives to guide growth strategy.
