Job summary

CFS is seeking a Controller to join a multi-entity organization during a period of expansion and transformation. You will lead critical accounting operations, drive process improvements, and influence financial strategy across locations.

This onsite role oversees a broad scope including audits, accounting operations, and regulatory reporting, with opportunities to mentor a growing accounting team and partner with executive leadership to shape financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience leading audits, month-end close and financial statement prep.
• CPA preferred; public accounting experience highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
• Lead month-end and year-end close across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, cash flow reports, and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with external CPA firms.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, lease accounting, and compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
