LHH is seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations for a growing healthcare services organization. You will work directly with the CFO, guide a team of accounting professionals, and own the close process, financial reporting, cash management, audit coordination, and strategic initiatives including acquisitions and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of Controller experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading accounting functions within a healthcare organization, ideally with ~$300M in annual revenue.
• Public accounting or external audit experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, and ASC 842.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations and consolidated reporting.
• Audits and external stakeholder interaction experience.
• Experience supporting M&A activities is a plus.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Prepare management reporting and insights for senior leadership.

We're looking for an experienced accounting leader to oversee financial operations for a growing healthcare services organization. You'll work directly with the CFO, lead a team of accounting professionals, and play a key role in financial reporting, cash management, audit coordination, and strategic initiatives including acquisitions and process improvements.

This is a highly visible leadership role where your expertise will directly influence the organization's growth and financial success.

What You'll Do

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process across multiple entities
• Ensure accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting and maintain a strong control environment
• Oversee healthcare revenue recognition, reimbursement accounting, reserves, and related financial reporting
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Own the administration and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules to maintain an audit-ready general ledger
• Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow analysis
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors, lenders, insurance providers, and regulatory reviews
• Improve accounting processes, reporting capabilities, and internal controls
• Support acquisition activity, integration efforts, purchase accounting, and related financial analysis
• Oversee technical accounting areas including ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 842 lease accounting, fixed assets, and consolidations
• Prepare management reporting and financial insights for senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 5+ years of Controller experience with leadership responsibility
• Experience leading accounting functions within a healthcare organization, ideally one with approximately $300M in annual revenue
• Prior public accounting or external audit experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, accrual accounting, ASC 606, and ASC 842
• Experience with multi-entity organizations and consolidated financial reporting
• Track record of managing audits and working with external stakeholders
• Experience supporting M&A transactions, integrations, or acquisition accounting is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills
