Job summary

Ledgent is seeking a hands-on Controller for a 100% onsite role in Napa, CA. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction accounting experience, handles job costing, percentage-of-complete costs, and forecasting, and will supervise a team of 3–4.

Bachelor’s degree required, with emphasis on stability and reliability. In addition to base salary, the position offers an annual bonus, medical plan with 80% employer coverage for employee and dependents, and a paid phone/laptop.
