Job summary

Ledgent-Finance- is seeking a hands-on Controller with construction industry experience to lead onsite accounting for multiple projects in Napa. The role requires strong job costing, forecasting, and the ability to supervise a team of 3–4 accounting professionals.

You will collaborate closely with operations and project managers, ensuring accurate profitability and timely financial insights while supporting a stable, long-term position.

Looking for a hands on Controller who comes from construction or related industry. 100% onsite and salary range is 170k-200k base salary. Should have experience in the following:
