LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations in Northern California, driving close timelines, consolidations, and intercompany transactions. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Controller/Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager-level leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and automation in finance.
• Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

A growing Northern California organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting operations, drive process improvements, and partner with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on accounting leader who enjoys improving processes, leveraging technology, developing teams, and operating in a multi-entity environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead all accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting activities.
• Manage consolidated reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and financial controls.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across accounting and finance.
• Partner with leadership to improve reporting accuracy and shorten close timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and contractual requirements.
• Mentor, coach, and develop accounting team members.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, or equivalent leadership background.
• Strong experience with:
