Job summary

The role manages accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, payroll, and compliance, while leading a small accounting team in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of accounting management experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge.
• Experience overseeing GL, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close and general ledger activities.
• Review account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Supervise accounting staff and daily accounting operations.
• Lead annual audit process and support external auditors.
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
• Oversee sales tax, business tax, and property tax compliance.
