Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations for a growing manufacturing company. This position will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and the integrity of the general ledger, while driving cost analysis and budgeting discussions with leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting leadership, strong knowledge of job costing and GAAP, ERP experience, and CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of accounting leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of job costing, financial reporting, and GAAP.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• CPA a plus.
