Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Controller to lead all accounting and financial operations for a growing manufacturing company.

You will manage month-end close, prepare financial statements, and oversee cost accounting, payroll, and internal controls, partnering with leadership on budgeting and forecasting to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years of accounting leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of job costing, financial reporting, and GAAP.
