Job summary

CFS in Houston, TX is seeking a Controller to lead the finance team across multiple entities in a healthcare-related business. You will own month-end close, financial reporting, and treasury operations in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires 8+ years in a multi-entity Controller position, strong knowledge of intercompany transactions, and experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems. A hybrid work schedule follows onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting across 30+ entities.
• Manage treasury operations including intercompany transactions and banking structures.
• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and accuracy of financial statements.
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting and finance functions.
• Provide hands-on support to alleviate back-office workload and improve efficiency.
