In this role, you aren’t just "the accountant"—you are a strategic partner to the Leadership Team, responsible for providing the financial clarity needed to make high-stakes operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Co-Pilot: Act as the primary financial advisor to Business Unit leaders, helping them navigate project margins, labor costs, and commercial opportunities.
• Forward-Looking Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles, focusing on variance analysis that drives action, not just explanation.
• Commercial Support: Partner with Sales and Project Management teams to evaluate customer contracts, project feasibility, and pricing strategies.
• Value Creation: Identify trends and "levers" within the business to improve EBITDA and operational cash flow.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A "business person first, accountant second" mentality with a CPA.
• 10+ years of experience with a strong track record of influencing non-finance stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills—the ability to tell the "story" behind the numbers.
