Job summary

Elite Placement Group, LLC is seeking a hands-on Controller to shape the accounting function for a growing, acquisition-driven platform. You will lead financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls while partnering with operations and executives.

You’ll own cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and the rollout of scalable processes as the company expands across locations. PE-backed dynamics and ERP integration experience are valued, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior accounting/finance leadership in a multi-location services or commercial business.
• Experience building scalable processes and supporting acquisition integration.
• Strong cash flow, financial controls, and lender-management experience.
• Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
• Private equity and ERP implementation experience valued.
• Able to travel, on occasion (nationally).

Do you enjoy building an accounting function, bringing structure to growing businesses, and working closely with operations?

I’m partnering with an investor-backed services company seeking a hands‑on Controller to help build the financial infrastructure for an expanding, acquisition‑driven platform.

This is an opportunity to work directly with an experienced CEO and have meaningful influence over how the accounting function develops.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls
• Cash management, working capital, budgeting, and forecasting
• Standardizing processes and integrating newly acquired businesses
• Developing reporting and KPIs that help local operators understand profitability
• Managing banking relationships, lender reporting, and outside accounting partners
• Building and developing the accounting team as the company grows

The right person is comfortable moving between leadership conversations and detailed execution. You enjoy solving problems, partnering with operating teams, and rolling up your sleeves; no job too big or too small.
